Twitter Quick Facts – Twacts Part 1

As of January 20th we started to tweet some facts as well as post them on the blog so if you’re not following us on twitter you’re missing out on getting some extra stuff first but so nobody misses out we’re going to be posting them at the end of every week on the blog. Here’s what you’ve missed so far.

What the Fact?

• You would need to detonate 100,000,000,000 tons of TNT (dynamite) each second to equal the sun’s energy.
• A miniature sculpture of Beatle John Lennon has been recreated through a microscope & is so tiny it fits in the eye of a needle.
• Ancient Egyptians would leave deceased women 3 or 4 days to decompose before embalming to discourage necrophilia.
• Every year 4 people die in the UK whilst putting on their trousers!!
